The first team have two local games this weekend, beginning with a trip to Harrow Borough tomorrow afternoon.

Brathwaite faces reconstructive surgery

Hendon central defender Elliott Brathwaite is due to undergo a cruciate ligament reconstruction operation in the next few weeks and thus is out for the rest of this season.

No extension to league season

The Ryman League have released a statement today stating that they have no plans to extend the season.

Hendon returned to action with three points this evening as they beat Thurrock 1-0 at a chilly Vale Farm.

The first team will be hoping to return to league action tomorrow afternoon after another unscheduled mid-season break as they travel to Metropolitan Police - weather permitting! However, with winter biting once again, and spring appearing to be cancelled for the time being, we do ask that supporters check the website, messageboard and or/twitter feed tomorrow morning to find out what the prospects of play are.

Once again the weather has beaten us, and our game at Leiston tonight has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

The first team look to continue their unbeaten run this afternoon as they entertain Margate at Vale Farm/ We last met the Kent side on the opening day of the season when they won comfortably 2-0, and they have been in the upper reaches of the table since, currently lying 6th in the table with 45 points from 27 games - just 4 points ahead of the Greens.
