The first team will be hoping to return to league action tomorrow afternoon after another unscheduled mid-season break as they travel to Metropolitan Police - weather permitting!
However, with winter biting once again, and spring appearing to be cancelled for the time being, we do ask that supporters check the website, messageboard and or/twitter feed tomorrow morning to find out what the prospects of play are.
Our opponents were last in action on Tuesday evening when a last minute equaliser from David Knight earnt them a 2-2 draw at East Thurrock United, Steven Noakes scoring their other goal to equalise the Rocks opening goal. That result leaves them on the fringes of the race for the play offs on 49 points from 32 games in 8th place.
The one advantage of the break from games is that it will have given the squad a chance to recover and refresh themselves, and they will be very keen to return to winning ways after the last couple of disappointing performances and results.
Kick off at Imber Court is at 3.00pm tomorrow - we hope!
