The first team start a run of three league games tomorrow afternoon as they entertain Heybridge Swifts at Claremont Road, the fourth meeting between the two clubs this season.

Hendon win despite late scare

Hendon survived a late scare this evening at Wealdstone to move into the semi finals of the county cup with a 3-2 win.

Reduced admission tonight

It is understood by the club that admission charges at the White Lion Ground tonight for the game against Wealdstone are reduced by 50%.

The draw for the semi finals of the Bryco Cup was announced this morning.

Tomorrow night for Wealdstone

Following last nights abandonment at Wealdstone, it has been agreed that a second attempt to play the game will be made at the White Lion Ground tomorrow evening.

Tonights County Cup game, which probably should never have started, was abandoned shortly before half time due to a frozen pitch.

Tomorrow night, Hendon travel up the A5 to meet Wealdstone in the Middlesex Senior Cup quarter-final at Edgware's White Lion ground.

Hendon striker Rob Haworth had a week to remember in mid-February, doubling his season's goal tally with 5 goals in 3 matches in 8 days.

The reserves progressed into the quarter finals of the league cup on Saturday afternoon, overcoming Sutton United 1-0 courtesy of a goal from Leon Maloney.

A goal from Rob Haworth was enough to ensure Hendon took all three points at Maidenhead United's York Road ground this afternoon and that the Greens just about stay in touch with the leading clubs in the league.

The reserves fight against relegation is all the tougher after their 2-1 defeat at Walton & Hersham on Saturday afternoon despite taking the lead through Adam Zidane in the first half.

Penalty costs Dons

Hendon dropped slightly off the pace at the top of the Ryman Premier Division today, only getting a draw with rivals Harrow Borough, while other teams at the top of the table managed all three points.

New date for Wingate

The much delayed Bryco Cup tie against Wingate & Finchley has now been arranged for Tuesday, 11th February, kick off 7.

FA Trophy draw

The draw for the 5th round of the FA Trophy has been made this morning, and the winners of our replay against Wakefield & Emley have been given an away tie at either Alfreton Town or Burscough, which means a trip either to Derbyshire or Lancashire.

The round up is straight forward this week as none of the five youth teams, or the reserve team were in action, all the games being postponed due to the recent wintry weather.
