Pitch inspection at Kingstonian
We have been informed by Kingstonian that the match referee will be inspecting the Kingsmeadow pitch sometime before midday tomorrow.
Extra special present for Rob
Rob Haworth had an extra special Christmas present on Christmas morning when his wife Lisa gave birth to a son at 7.
New Year trip to Kingstonian
Our first game of 2003 sees us travel to Kingstonian on New Years Day for a 3.

Reserve and youth update
Outside of the first team, only one team played at the weekend as the Under 17s ran out 9-1 winners in the league against LNER St Georges, with Ben Bouchnak hitting a hattrick.
Hendon give fans Christmas present
Hendon won for the first time in 8 years at Basingstoke Town this afternoon, coming away 2-0 winners and giving the travelling support a present for Christmas.

The Greens made hard work of it, but eventually overcame Arlesey Town 2-1 in tonight's Bryco Cup tie.
Forbes signs new deal

Binns fires brace for Reserves
Dale Binns continued his progress towards full fitness by scoring twice for the reserves on Saturday afternoon in their 3-2 win at Dulwich Hamlet which moved them off the bottom of the table.
Dons continue run over E's
Hendon continued their good run over Enfield in the past few years, beating the homeless Middlesex side 3-0 at Claremont Road this afternoon.
New date for Stortford
The postponed game with Bishops Stortford has now been re-arranged for Tuesday 21st January.
Local derby tomorrow
Tomorrow afternoon we entertain Enfield, who will be looking to bounce back having been thrashed 7-1 at Hitchin Town last Saturday, despite playing the whole game with 11 men.
Wingate beat Croydon
We now know that if we beat Arlesey Town next week we will entertain Wingate & Finchley early next year in the Fourth Round after our near neighbours beat Croydon 3-1 last night.
And if we beat Arlesey.....
We will be at home to the winners of tonight's Third Round tie between Croydon and Wingate & Finchley if we overcome Arlesey Town on Tuesday.

We will be entertaining Arlesey Town next Tuesday evening in the Third Round of the Bryco Cup.

Reserve team goalkeeper Dan Burton was released by the club yesterday.
Reserve and youth update
The reserves returned to winning ways on Saturday afternoon as they beat Hanwell Town 2-1 in the League Cup with Dale Binns starting, while yesterday the Under 16s progressed in style in the County Cup beating Pinnstars 9-0.

The Supporters Association are looking to possibly run a coach to Heybridge for the FA Trophy game in January.

Wealdstone next
The next round of the Middlesex Senior Cup sees Hendon travel to Wealdstone, who beat Northwood 3-0 at the White Lion Ground last night courtesy of a brace from Mick Swaysland and a strike from Marvin Morgan.
Greens score five again
Hendon started this seasons Middlesex Senior Cup defence in the same way they fought their campaign last season, putting five goals past Hillingdon Borough.

The reserves suffered another heavy defeat, this time losing 6-3 at Maidenhead United, despite leading 3-1 at half time with goals from Duncan Hamilton, Evren Arkali and Simon Huggett.
Anderson speaks about recent departures
As reported a few days ago Hendon lost two players last week in entirely different circumstances.
