Disappointing start continues
Hendon's disappointing start to the season continued this afternoon as they lost 2-1 at home to Leyton.
Stroud comes on board
Supporters at the game today will have realised that there was a new face in the line up.
Snowball Lotto results
The August draw of the Snowball Lotto was made at half time today, and the winner of the first prize of £123.
Final 150 Club draw
The last ever 150 club draw was made this afternoon and the final £600 prize was won by the holder of number 145.
Casino Night
Also on Saturday 7th October, the Supporters Trust are holding a Casino Night starting at 7.
Trust sponsored walk
The Supporters Trust have organised another sponsored walk.
Youth team county cup draws
The Middlesex FA have released the draws for the various youth county cup competitions.
Opening youth fixtures
We now have the opening fixtures for our four Sunday youth teams.
Under 16s off to Cambridgeshire
Our under 16 team, managed by Eamon Finn and Graeme Bourne, are off on their travels next Sunday as they play a pre-season friendly at Great Paxton Colts in Cambridgeshire.
The only way is up!
The Greens go into Monday afternoon's home game against Leyton knowing that the only way is up after Worthing's 1-1 draw at Leyton this afternoon dropped the Greens to the foot of the league table.
Hard work and effort not rewarded
Once again Hendon didn't get the rewards their hard work and effort deserved as they went down 4-1 at Horsham.
Friday night football
In something of a rarity, the Greens will be playing on Friday night this weekend as they travel to Horsham in a game that kicks off at 8.

Hendon lost their second game of the season at Hampton & Richmond Borough this evening 3-1.

Hendon's season started disappointingly this afternoon with a 1-0 defeat to Tonbridge Angels.

Reminder from Supporters Trust
The supporters trust would like to remind all those people who have pledged money to the trust but have not yet sent in their standing order forms or membership money that the sooner the money is in, the more idea the trust will have of funds they have to work with.

Hendon lost their final friendly of the summer 2-0 at Hemel Hempstead Town tonight.

First team squad announced
Gary McCann this evening announced the squad that will start the season.

The squad had a get together this evening so that the website and the local press could take the annual team photo and player headshots.
Greens lose at Northwood
Hendon went down to a 3-0 defeat at Northwood this afternoon as the pre-season preparations draw to a close, just one friendly remaining on Tuesday at Hemel Hempstead.

It's goalless at Chalfont
Hendon played out a goalless draw on a very bumpy pitch at Chalfont St Peter this evening, the pitch making it difficult for the Greens to play the football they had been playing in recent games.
Squad side win at Hadley
A team of squad players and trialists came away from Hertfordshire County League side Hadley with a 4-0 win this evening in a game played 40 minutes each way.
Hemel friendly rearranged
Our previously postponed friendly at Hemel Hempstead Town has been rearranged and will now take place on Tuesday 15th August at the Vauxhall Ground in Hemel Hempstead.
Kit colours announced
The club have confirmed today that the first team home kit will consist of green shirts, white shorts and white socks, whilst the away kit will consist of white shirts, green shorts and green socks.
Capital League Cup draw
Despite the fact we are not running a reserve team this season, so that we can keep up our membership of the Capital League we have agreed to enter their league cup.
It's a six at Rayners Lane
The Greens had another good workout this evening as they ran out 6-0 winners at Rayners Lane.
A big thank you
The Supporters Association and the club would like to thank all the volunteers who kindly turned up on Sunday to help with the tidy up of the ground for the new season.
Greens put in excellent performance
Hendon put in an excellent performance this afternoon to beat Ryman League champions Braintree Town 3-0 at Cressing Road.
Dave Garner skydive
Supporters Trust member Dave Garner is planning to do a skydive on September 19th at The North London Parachute Centre, Chatteris Airfield in Cambridgeshire to raise funds for the trust.
League Cup date
The Ryman League have confirmed that the second round of the Westview (Isthmian League) Cup is due to take place in the second week of September.
Promotion & relegation this season
It has been confirmed that promotion from the Isthmian League, Southern League and Northern Premier League will be the same as last season.
League Cup draw
The Westview (Isthmian) League Cup draw has been announced, and in the second round we will travel to Flackwell Heath, who are in Division One North.

Gary McCann has arranged an additional friendly.
London Senior Cup draw
The draw for the London Senior Cup has been made.
Groundwork day reminder
The Supporters Association would like to remind all supporters that this Sunday (6th August) is the annual groundwork day.
Admission details for Braintree
Braintree Town chairman Lee Harding has confirmed that admission for Saturday's friendly at Cressing Road will be £5.
