Hendon lost 2-0 at Ashford Town (Middlesex), with their task being made all the more difficult when Dean Green was sent off in the first minute for alleged violent conduct.

Tony Rice will be taking part in a triathlon on Saturday 4th August.

Fine win at Staines

Hendon put in one of the best performances of the season this evening as they won 3-1 at Staines Town.

Under 15s awarded three points

The under 15s have been awarded three more points towards their title bid.

Supporters game and coach at Worthing

It is proposed to hold a Supporters game prior to our league game at Worthing on Saturday 21st April.

AFC Wimbledon's appeal against their 18 point deduction was held by the FA this afternoon.

Youth team round up

Just one of our youth teams was in league action yesterday, and it was bad news for the under 13s as they lost ground at the top of the table by going down 3-0 at Actual Soccer.

March snowball draw

The draw for the March Snowball draw was made at half-time yesterday.

Badawi home from hospital

We reported last week in the youth round up that under 15 defender Adam Badawi was rushed to hospital after last weeks game after he collapsed and was rendered unconscious.

Under 16 manager to undergo surgery

A couple of weeks ago Graeme Bourne, one of our highly respected Under 16 co-managers, was involved in a freak accident and was rushed to hospital.

Lacklustre performance costs Hendon

Despite going a goal ahead in the 15th minute courtesy of a fine Dean Green strike, a lacklustre performance from Hendon meant that they went down to a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Boreham Wood.

O'Leary decides to move on

After much deliberation Lee O'Leary has decided to join AFC Wimbledon following their approach last week.

Hendon's four league match unbeaten run came to an end this evening as they lost 2-0 to Hampton & Richmond Borough despite putting in a spirited performance.

The under 16's championship hopes were dealt a blow yesterday as they lost 4-3 to nearest challengers Princes Park B.

The Supporters Trust have had some more old programmes donated which have been listed for auction this evening.

Duffy earns point for Hendon

An 84th minute equaliser from Darragh Duffy, his first goal for the club, earnt Hendon a point as they drew 1-1 at high flying Bromley this afternoon.

Supporters Trust Sponsored Walk

The supporters trust will be running their annual sponsored walk on Easter Monday, 9th April ahead of our league game at Harrow Borough.

Over 18's variety night

The next supporters trust fundraising evening is an over 18's variety night which will take place on Saturday 28th April at 7.

Cup hopes ended

Hendon's cup hopes for this season came to an end tonight as they lost 2-1 to Hayes in the semi final of the Middlesex Senior Cup.
