Match Report

Last Saturday Hampstead [Town] achieved a similar distinction in two places. On the home ground, before a big crowd, the first eleven were beaten, but not disgraced, by the reserve side of the famous First Division club, The Arsenal, by 3 goals to 1, and the " A " team sustained defeat by the same score at Leyton.

Hampstead's position in the Athenian League lends added interest to forthcoming encounters, and tomorrow (Saturday), Kingstonians visit the Child's Hill enclosure in this competition. Kick off 3.15.

Hampstead will be represented by :- H.J. Dale; S, Dunstone, H.H. Allwright; J.H. Parker, E.J. Wright, H. Woodward; A.E. Mallett, F.A. Yates, G.F. Blackburn, J. Hall, J.P. Croal.
