It was a successful weekend for our youth teams, with the under 21s leading the way with a 13-0 demolition of FC Tilburg Regents Reserves in their league cup.

Greens win by the sea

Hendon put in a very solid performance this afternoon as they continued their good form with a 2-0 win at Margate.

Hendon progress in FA Cup

Despite going behind to two early goals, Hendon eventually overcame a hardworking Aveley side 3-2 this evening at Mill Field to progress into the second qualifying round of the FA Cup where they will face AFC Hornchurch.

It could be an Urchin rematch

The draw for the second qualifying round of the FA Cup was made this morning, and should we win our replay at Aveley on Wednesday evening, we then have another home tie, this time against AFC Hornchurch who know doubt will be looking for revenge for their defeat at Claremont Road earlier this month.

Hendon's 3-1 victory over AFC Hornchurch this evening took them to the top of the table despite going down to ten men in the 64th minute when Casey Maclaren was sent off for a second yellow card.

Mini-soccer starts again

Our ever-popular minisoccer schools start again this coming Saturday and there are still spaces available for youngsters aged between 5 and 12.

The draw for the second round of the league cup was released this morning by the Ryman League and we have been drawn at home to fellow Premier Division side Boreham Wood.
