Hendon's 3-1 victory over AFC Hornchurch this evening took them to the top of the table despite going down to ten men in the 64th minute when Casey Maclaren was sent off for a second yellow card. The Greens took the lead through Wayne O'Sullivan in the first minute before the Urchins equalised through Simon Parker thirteen minutes later. In the 29th minute O'Sullivan converted a spot kick for his 5th goal of the season before Brian Haule scored the third two minutes later. The Greens held on well in the second half without too many alarms with what was their best performance of the season.
