Hendon and Southall shared the points in a pulsating 4-4 draw that ebbed and flowed and saw defences at both ends found wanting.

Southall took the lead in the first minute when Mackael Scott squared for Brendan Matthew to finish before Tobi Adaje burst clear to equalise in the 9th minute.

Scott then finished well to restore Southall's advantage before Niko Muoir tied things up in the 21st minute from the penalty spot.

Things quietened down until the 65th minute when Zak Joseph cut inside and finished neatly to put Hendon ahead for the first time. Yet, once again, the advantage lasted a short time as a ball into the box rebounded off a Hendon foot into the net.

Former Green Kevin Diomande was left unmarked with 15 minutes remaining to fire home from a free kick into the box to put Southall ahead for a third time, and it looked as though that goal would seal the points until Hugo Sobte spilled a Josh Strizovic free kick into the box and Diedhiou swept the ball home from point blank range deep in second half stoppage time.
