Hendon extended their unbeaten run to 16 games with a 3-1 win over Maidenhead United. All four goals came in less that 15 minutes in the first half. Hendon took the lead in the 18th minute courtesy of an excellent Eugene Ofori strike that sent the ball curling past and over the visiting keeper. The lead was doubled just 3 minutes later when Antony Howard drove the ball home to score his first goal for the club. The Hendon defence was caught out a minute later when Lawrence Yaku found space to head home a curling cross, but it was Howard who headed the Dons back into a two goal lead in the 31st minute. Hendon had to work hard to keep their lead secure in the second half with the strong wind in their faces, but were able to keep things tight at the back and earn another three points.
