Golders Green lost to Grays Athletic by three goals to nil at Grays on Saturday.

The Green were without Bucci, Cochrane, Robshaw and Maloney, while with the score 1-0 ten minutes before the end, Topp was injured and had to transfer to outside right. Grays, while they had most of the luck, were the more dangerous side and deserved their win.

Soon after the interval a nice move by Stroud and Fair put Griffiths in a favourable position, but he shot wide.
