Hendon bowed out of the London Senior Cup last night with a 2nd round defeat on penalties after a goalless draw at Woodford Town.

A tight match low on chances was decided in pouring rain from 12-yards. The home side scored all their five to triumph 5-3, Sam Adenola missing Hendon's crucial kick to exit the competition.

Next up is a home game against Cray Valley Paper Mills on Saturday at Silver Jubilee Park, kicking off at 3pm.
