Hendon overcame bottom side Didcot Town at a damp Silver Jubilee Park last night winning 3-1 to follow up Saturday's impressive FA Trophy win with three points to move up to 7th in the table.

After a low-intensity start, Dan Matsuzaka played in Joe White to coolly slide the Greens ahead, a lead that Niko Muir doubled shortly after the break to put Hendon in full control.

Finlay MacNab rose to grab his second goal in consecutive games and make it 3-0 before Didcot's tireless efforts were rewarded with a fine late strike from Hosni Elarfa.

Next up for the Greens is a trip to high-flying Salisbury on Saturday, kicking off at 3pm.
