Hendon Under-14s completed their league season with a convincing 5-0 win over Alpha & Omega at Claremont Road. The Greens drew first blood after 90 seconds through Nestor Bokuli, and shortly afterwards the lead was doubled by captain Ryan Brennan. Bokuli scored his second of the game midway through the half and before half-time Bokuli had completed his hat-trick to make the score 4-0. Alpha & Omega came out fighting and were unlucky not to pull a goal back, but Bokuli fired the ball home for his fourth of the game. Bokuli was very unlukcy not to score a stunning when his fierce 25-yard drive slammed against the crossbar and bounced away to safety. After the game manager John Creith was ecstatic, it is the second title the team have won in consecutive seasons, and sung the praises of all the players that had contributed throughout the season. The team now move back into league cup action on Sunday afternoon when they travel to play Pinner Albion in the semi-finals. The game will be played at Headstone Manor, kicking off at 2.00pm.
