In a two-part HFCTV YouTube special we are delighted to be able to bring part one of a discussion between Lee Allinson and former boss Dave Anderson.

Dave, who took over at Claremont Road in 2001 and led the Greens to a hat-trick of Middlesex Senior Cup wins as well as two top-four finishes before moving onto AFC Wimbledon, has picked up a wealth of experience also with St Albans, Harrow Borough, Northwood and most recently Chertsey Town who he led to Wembley Stadium and FA Vase glory.

The discussion with Lee talks about how management might be different now to when Dave began with Hendon 20-years ago, role models, pathways into management and much more besides.
