Former Hendon man Jack Mazzone grabbed the only goal of the game on Tuesday night as Met Police won 1-0 in our final game before lockdown at Imber Court.

In an even game of few clear-cut chances it was Met's top scorer who was the difference between the two sides with a fine finish shortly after the break to decide the match.

We now enter a four-week period of lockdown with our next scheduled match to take place on Tuesday 8th December when we are due to host the Met at Silver Jubilee Park. However, we are still awaiting news from the Southern League as to how the lockdown might affect the league and will bring you news of that as soon as we have it.

In the meantime we hope that all supporters are able to remain safe and well over the next four weeks and we look forward to when we are once again able to reconvene.
