We are delighted to announce the signing of striker Joe White from League 2 Stevenage on an 18-month contract.

Joe, who turns 21 next week, had a loan spell with us two years ago from Dagenham & Redbridge and scored 6 goals in 6 games, including a club-record equalling five-timer in one match against Spelthorne Sports.

In January 2018 he moved onto Stevenage and had loan spells with Wealdstone, and then Biggleswade Town last season and again this, where he worked with Lee Allinson.

Allinson said this afternoon, "I'm delighted to get Joe on board, and thanks go to the club who worked so hard to get it over the line."

Joe will go straight into the squad for Saturday's league match with Met Police and we warmly welcome him back to SJP, wishing him a successful spell at the club.
