Hendon back on the road this evening

The first team are back on the road this evening as they travel to Billericay Town as they continue to work through the fixture backlog and build on the recent improvement in results.

Billericay had a superb 4-1 win at leaders Dartford on Saturday afternoon, despite Dartford taking the lead through Billy Burgess. Billericay's goals came courtesy of a Dave Wareham brace and strikes from Billy Bricknell and Danny Charge. The result moved them out of the bottom four on goal difference from Carshalton.

We last met Billericay in the first week of the season at Vale Farm, when we won 1-0 courtesy of a late Wayne O'Sullivan goal. Last season at New Lodge we lost 4-2, with Brian Haule and Sam Byfield on the scoresheet for us.

Kick off at New Lodge is at 7.45pm, and we look forward to seeing those supporters who are able to make the journey this evening.
