There'll be no silverware for the first team this season after they were beaten on penalties by Wealdstone a breezy SJP this evening following a 0-0 draw.

Chances were limited for both sides, with the best for the Greens coming in the first half from Sam Murphy, but his effort flew over the bar, whilst the Stones rarely tested Tom Lovelock, although they had 2 or 3 good chances as the game drew to a close.

With the scoreline goalless after 90 minutes, the game moved to penalties and Wealdstone were the more clinical, winning the shootout 3-1.
