As most of you are aware planning consent was granted in July and since then we have been working with the Football Foundation regarding our Football Stadia Improvement Fund application.

We have been given a panel date of 4th November when our application will be considered. If successful an offer will be made towards the gates, turnstiles, covered seating, covered standing, spectator rails, walkway around ground, new changing rooms, outside toilets, disabled facilities and fencing amongst others.

Building control at Brent Council is currently being consulted to enable works to begin as soon possible after our FSIF decision date.

The FSIF will only allocate funds on a matched basis and the London Borough of Barnet recently deposited the s106 monies (received from Fairview Homes as part of the deal to redevelop Claremont Road) into our account so our finance is in place.

The proposed contractors have been kept informed of the timelines and at present believe that the deadline of 31st March 2016 can be achieved. We are also keeping the League informed of developments and are keen to work together with them to achieve our aim.

Whilst this is not a guarantee, we hope you will appreciate that everything possible is being done to ensure Hendon start next season at Silver Jubilee Park.
