We are delighted to announce that the main stand at Silver Jubilee Park will be named The Gary McCann Stand in recognition of his contribution to the club.

As supporters will be aware, Gary has been a key member of the Hendon family since he joined us as a player back in March 1997, and even more so since taking over as manager in February 2005.

There have been many highlights so far during his time as a player and manager, with hopefully many more to follow in the years to come. Those highlights include his performance in goal in the FA Cup win at Leyton Orient in November 1997 and many cup final wins as a player and a manager.

Undoubtedly the biggest highlight has been the current season, and Gary and the squad will be determined to complete the campaign on a high note by securing promotion to Conference South tomorrow afternoon.
