Chelsea's U21 side are our visitors this evening for our first game as tenants at Earlsmead, and they are including Jody Morris and Jon Harley in their squad.
The two former Chelsea players are both without clubs and have been training with former Hendon favourite Dermot Drummy and his youngsters to keep their fitness up.
Whilst Drummy is resting a number of players ahead of their opening U21 league game against Tottenham Hotspur on Friday evening, he is still bringing a squad full of exciting youngsters, who will provide a tough test for Gary McCann and the team as they make their final preparations for the opening game at Thamesmead Town on Saturday.
Kick off tonight is at 7.45pm, but please arrive in good time to ensure that you are in the ground in time for kick-off as we are hoping that the attendance will be higher than we are used to. Also our matchday staff will be getting used to working at a new venue, so please be patient if there are any teething troubles.
Admission is £10 for adults, £5 for senior citzens and students, and free for under 16s. The offer for season ticket holders of professional clubs does not apply for this game.
We hope to see as many of you as possible this evening for what promises to be an entertaining evening of football.
