Hendon returned to winning ways with a 2-1 win at promotion hopefuls Concord Rangers this evening. This was despite going a goal behind in the 5th minute when Nicky Cowley scored a 25 yard piledriver that gave Sean Thomas no change.
The first half was an entertaining affair, and just after Concord had a chance to double the lead, Darren Currie helped set up Dean Cracknell to equalise five minutes before the break.
The second period was less entertaining, but the Greens secured the points late on courtesy of Casey Maclaren.
