Saturday afternoon sees our biggest game in the FA Cup since our trip to Stevenage Borough five years ago when we welcome Woking to Vale Farm in the fourth qualifying round.
Woking have made a decent start to the season in the Blue Square South, currently lying in 5th place with 24 points from their 13 games so far. They entered the competition a round later than us, and needed a replay to see off the challenge of Hythe Town, before beating Maidstone United 2-0 in the last round.
Our two clubs haven't met in competitive action since the 1991-92 season when Woking won the Isthmian League Championship, when we lost the game at Claremont Road 5-0, but drew 1-1 at Kingfield towards the end of the season, Gary Keen scoring our goal.
There are no major special arrangements at Vale Farm for the game, entry will be via the turnstiles in the club car park as normal and all supporters will be able access all parts of the ground. We would like to advise supporters to enter the ground as soon as possible to avoid queues in the run up to kick-off.
The bar will be open from around 12pm, but as is normally the case, there will be no direct access from the bar to the ground. Also, in accordance with FA regulations, no alcohol can be consumed in the ground.
Supporters are also reminded that admission prices are different to normal, and have been agreed by the two clubs, again in accordance with FA regulations. Admission for adults is £10.00, for concessions is £4.00 and for under 16s is £2.00.
The draw for the first round proper is being made on Sunday afternoon and will be televised live on ITV1 at 1.00pm. Should we win or draw on Saturday, we will be ball number 64.
