Today's Boxing Day fixture against Wingate & Finchley, the first ever League meeting against them, ended in a 1-1 draw at a windy Vale Farm.

The visitors had the best of the opening exchanges and deservedly took the lead in the 8th minute through Matt Mitchell. The Greens gradually gained more possession, but their first real chance didn't come until the 68th minute when Greg Ngoyi found the back of the net. Belal Aite-Ouakrim had a chance to win the game in stoppage time, but his effort flew over the bar.
