Hendon are three points clear at the top of the table this evening following a 3-0 win at Carshalton Athletic this afternoon.
The result means that it is only the second time that the club has won their first three league games since 1965, and it is believed that it is only the second time in the clubs history that the club haven't conceded any goals in the opening three games.
Hendon took the lead in the 10th minute when Carl McCluskey scored his first goal for the club, and Greg Ngoyi scored seven minutes later to double the lead. The goal that killed the game off came two minutes into the second half when Elliott Godfrey also netted his first goal.
