It has been confirmed this morning that Lubomir Guentchev has left the club, following nearly four years with the Greens. He is expected to sign for Lowestoft Town later today, for whom he played a few years ago on loan whilst a youngster at Ipswich Town.

Lubo was the third member of the Guentchev family to join the club, following in the footsteps of father Bontcho, and younger brother Iavor, and he made his debut in August 2007. He went on to make 166 appearances, scoring 29 goals, the most memorable of which was his outstanding lob against AFC Hornchurch at the end of last season which dipped just under the crossbar.

Everyone at the club would like to thank Lubo for all his efforts over the past four years, and we wish him all the best for the future.
