Hendon were soundly beaten today by Basingstoke Town, who went in at half-time 5-0 ahead. Sean Gorman scored a first half hat-trick, while Tim Sills chipped in with two goals. Hendon suffered from having to field Richard Wilmot in goal, who is carrying a groin strain, and a general makeshift lineup.
