Hendon's inexperience showed once again today as they lost their third match in succession going down 3-1 to Basingstoke Town. Basingstoke took the lead in the 12th minute through Sean Gorman, before Davis Haule equalised from the penalty spot shortly before half time after Ricci Crace was felled in the area. Goals from Mike Davis and Tim Sills in the second half killed the game off, and Hendon now travel to second placed Gravesend hoping to end the recent poor run of form.
