Jamie Busby reached the 200 appearance milestone this afternoon, whilst Danny Dyer made his 100th appearance as well.
Busby, who is still only 24, made his debut in April 2006 at Maldon Town, and has been a regular member of the starting line up since the beginning of the 2006/07 season, scoring a number of memorable goals. His goal tally so far is 45.
Dyer, who joined in September 2007 and made his debut against Ramsgate, has been a very important member of the squad, filling in a number of positions, and has scored 7 goals during his time with us, again, many of them memorable.
We congratulate both players on reaching these milestones, and we all hope that they make many more appearances for the club.
This means that we now have 11 outfield players at the club who have made 100 or more appearances for us, which is testament to the management of Gary & Freddie and shows how well they have done to keep a stable squad at the club over the past few years. Long may it continue.
