The reserve team reached the semi finals of the Suburban League Cup this afternoon with a 2-1 win over Wealdstone. Goals from Ricardo Alvez and Leon Maloney gave Hendon a two goal lead inside the first 15 minutes. Wealdstone replied through Simon Conway midway through the second half, before Maloney was sent off two minutes later. However, the ten men were able to hold on to earn the right to travel to Bracknell Town in the semi final.
