Hendon go into the busy Bank Holiday weekend looking to cement their place at the right end of the table. Tomorrow afternoon they travel to Thurrock (who were previously known as Purfleet) looking to kill off the bogey that has seen them fail to win there since October 1995. Kick off at the Thurrock Hotel is at 3.00pm. Thurrock have not had the best start to the season just picking up one point so far. They slipped to defeat at home to Carshalton Athletic on Tuesday evening, with goalkeeper Paul Gothard sent off.

Then on Monday afternoon Bishop's Stortford visit Claremont Road. Stortford have had a mixed start to the season, losing to Ford United last Saturday, before beating Canvey Island on Tuesday evening. Manager Martin Hayes has made what look like shrewd signings and many are tipping them to be a bit of a surprise package this season. Kick off on Monday afternoon is also at 3.00pm. The players really appreciate your support, so please make an effort to come along, make some noise and support the team.
