The reserves drew 1-1 with Farnborough Town in a hard fought game this evening. After the kick off had been delayed until 8.45pm due to the late arrival of Farnborough due to major traffic problems, both sides made a bright start to the game. It was the Greens that opened the scoring in the 22nd minute when Usif Bangura took advantage of hesitancy in the Farnborough defence. The equaliser came ten minutes later when Farnborough counter attacked and scored. Both sides had half chances in the second half, but both keepers were equal to everything.
