Former Staff - Gary Hand

Joined the club in the summer of 1971 following an apprenticeship at Watford and went on to make more than 600 appearances over the next 15-years. Was part of the famous back-five that won the Amateur Cup in 1972, Barassi Cup and Isthmian League in 1973 and played against Newcastle United in 1974. Left to join Wycombe Wanderers in the summer of 1974 but returned a year later and was part of the side that beat Reading 1-0 in the FA Cup. Went on to have two spells as manager in the 1980s before returning in the late 1990s as manager of the Under-18s and then reserve team.
