Signed in 1992 from Dartford before moving onto Dagenham & Redbridge. Following a spell with Stevenage Borough, Leo gained a move into the Football League with Gillingham. Went on to make more than 300 league appearances scoring more than 80 goals for the likes of Rotherham United, Cardiff City and Doncaster Rovers before returning to Non-League with Rushden & Diamonds.
