Signed in March 2001 from local rivals Harrow Borough. Showed his quality on his Hendon debut against Purfleet with a display of midfield skill that impressed all. Otis, who was a full international, represented his country, Grenada, on many occasions. He has also played for Hoogstraten of Belgium.
Otis is related to a number of other well known footballing personalities, being uncle of Premier League footballer Jason Robers (MBE) and related via parental marriage to former England striker Cyrille Regis (MBE) and Dave Regis.
