Commanding central defender who was signed from Kings Lynn Town after moving to the area in 1991. Left the club in 1993 for Stevenage Town with chairman Victor Green and went on to have a distinguished career in the football league with Peterborough, Leyton Orient and Colchester United, making more than 250 appearances in the process. Moved into management in Non-League before joining the youth set-up at Watford as a coach.
