Forward signed in the autumn of 1996 from Dover Athletic. Went on to have a successful spell with Aylesbury United before being signed by Queens Park Rangers. Made more than 200 league appearances for the Rs, Wimbledon, Watford and Cardiff City before moving back into Non-League with AFC Wimbledon.
