An exciting attacking player. Saw service with Canvey Island and Newport County previously and also was on the books of Exeter City and at Arsenal as a youngster. Wayne made his first appearance in the opening home match of season 2006/07 against Tonbridge Angels and went on to finish the campaign as Players's Player Of The Year. Transferred to Stevenage Borough in Mid Jan '08 after completing 78 appearances and scoring 22 goals. Wayne eventually moved on to Braintree Town, but his heart lay at Hendon and arrived back in time to begin the 2009/2010 season. However, Wayne was unable to recapture his form of old, and he was released in February 2010.
