Appointed as manager on 1st June 2018, having previously managed at Barton Rovers and St Albans City, winning promotion from the Southern League through the play-offs in 2013-14. As a player he began his career in his home county of Yorkshire with Sheffield Wednesday, and went on to have spells with Rotherham United, Sheffield, Denaby United, Worksop and Lincoln United. Upon moving south, he appeared for a number of clubs including Harpenden Town, Barton Rovers, Chesham United, Leighton Town, Wealdstone, Arlesey Town and Dunstable Town.
