Appointed manager in January 2025 replacing interim manager Marc Charles-Smith. Originally joined the club to coach with the under 18s in 2015, before moving up to help out with the first team in the summer of 2016 under Gary McCann, who he followed to Hampton & Richmond Borough in 2018, before taking the Northwood manager's job in 2022. After leading the Woods to the Step 4 play-offs in his first full season, Ben moved to Harrow last summer charged with stabilising the club at Step 4.
