Arrived at the club in January 2005, having previously been coaching in the United States. A well-travelled player by the time he arrived at Claremont Road, in just the two seasons prior to signing for the Greens Dean had played for Aylesbury United, Yeading, Hemel Hempstead Town, Egham Town, Enfield, Maidenhead United and Hayes.
