Born Vivian Frederick Rowe, but always known as Vic, he was a striker who signed for the club during the 1924/25 season having previously been with Brentford's reserve sides. Only made 21 appearances, scoring 9 goals, in four seasons before leaving the club in summer 1927, though the lineups for a few matches are still unknown for his first two seasons.. Made a brief return in March 1933, netting two hat-tricks for the reserves and making two further non-scoring first team appearances.
