Goalkeeper who signed for the club in time to make his first team debut in an 8-2 defeat at Leyton in December 1927. Despite this start, he remained first choice goalkeeper, missing no more than a dozen League matches and very few cup matches until leaving the club in summer 1934 and signing for Redhill.
