Hampstead were not fully represented at St. Albans on Monday, but succeeded in drawing with the home club. There was no score at half-time, but after pressure from St. Albans Walsh broke away and from his pass Gardner got the first goal for Hampstead. The end was fast approaching when Minter equalised for St. Albans. Shorland shot wide from the penalty spot.
