Hampstead Town have now, for the second time in their history, won their way through to the competition proper of the Amateur Cup, and in their game on Saturday in the divisional final [fourth qualifying round] at Hounslow were never really extended, securing an easy victory by four goals to none. In the competition to date they have registered the convincing score of 18 goals to only one against, and for the third Saturday in succession their opponents have failed to net. Young and Irwin scored in the first half, and Wise got a couple in the second.
W.G. Brooker, the club's stalwart, played at right back in the absence of Field, injured, and did really well, particularly in the first half. Goodwin, who had not much to do, made two good saves.
