Our biggest crowd for some time turned up for the Enfield game and were treated to a feast of Football and excitement.

We were unfortunate not to have scored in the first half when we had three excellent chances. David Hyde went nearest when he worked his way into the area only to see his shot hit the bottom of the post and rebound into the keeper's arms.

Enfield took the honours in the second half, but poor finishing was their downfall. Terry Howard, switched to the right wing in place of the injured Roy Thomas, had a brilliant game, it took two players to keep him in check.

Altogether a great game and a very fair result.
