Owing to injuries and our replay, we visited Dulwich Hamlet with virtually a reserve team, David Shacklock and Danny Lakey being the only members of the side that had played against Skelmersdale in the previous game.

However, thanks to goals in the last four minutes from Mickey Salter and Danny Lakey - Danny's was with the last kick of the match - we won 3-2 and the Hamlet must have left they too had "suffered the slings and arrows of outrangeous fortune!".

Danny Lakey also scored our first goal, and 18 year old David Lane had his first outing with the first team and acquitted himself well.
