U18 County Cup date fixed

The under 18s county cup tie against Hillingdon Borough will take place on Monday 12th November at Claremont Road.

Greens back to winning ways

Hendon returned to winning ways with an excellent 2-1 victory over fellow high flyers Staines Town.

The four youth team games over the weekend produced an incredible 43 goals.

Hendon and Hastings United shared six goals this afternoon at Claremont Road in a 3-3 draw.

Our under 21s continued their good start to the season with a 3-2 win last Saturday afternoon, Raphael O'Selle scoring twice.

Greens out of league cup

Hendon were knocked out of the league cup 3-2 by Boreham Wood this evening.

No FA Trophy run this season

Hendon's interest in the FA Trophy lasted just one game this season as they went down to a 2-1 defeat at AFC Wimbledon yesterday afternoon.

Wimbledon replay date

Should we draw our game against AFC Wimbledon on Saturday afternoon, the replay will take place on Wednesday evening, rather than the normal Tuesday evening.

No Livescores on Saturday

Unfortunately we are unable to operate the livescores service on Saturday afternoon for our FA Trophy tie at AFC Wimbledon, due to the fact that the two people able to operate it are both unable to attend the game.

Under 18s into quarter finals

The Under 18s have progressed into the quarter-finals of the Middlesex County Youth Cup following their 5-3 win at Hampton & Richmond Borough this evening.

Livescores problems

As those supporters who were following Monday nights game either online or via text message will know, there were some problems with the livescores service - resulting in the second Chelmsford goal being recorded eight times! The reason for this doesn't actually lie with livescores, but with the company that forwards the messages to the livescores system.

Hendon's six week reign at the top of the table came to a disappointing end as they were beaten 5-1 by a stylish Chelmsford City side.

Disappointing Hendon nick a point

Hendon put in probably their worst performance of the season against Harlow Town this afternoon, and needed an 88th minute equaliser from Daniel Dyer to pick up a point that was barely deserved.

Scorer correction

It was confirmed today that the scorer of our third goal at Ashford Town (Middlesex) yesterday evening was Davis Haule rather than his younger brother Brian as previously reported.

Hendon continued their excellent league form with a 2-0 victory over Carshalton Athletic in a game that could best be described as niggly.

The draw for the third round of the league cup was made yesterday, and it has given us yet another home draw, this time against Wealdstone should we beat Boreham Wood on 23rd October.

FA Cup run ends

Hendon's run in this season's FA Cup came to an end tonight as they lost 2-1 to AFC Hornchurch.

Manager of the month

The club are delighted to announce that Gary McCann has been named the Errera Premier Division Manager of the Month for August & September 2007 following our superb start to the season.

Youth team round-up

Three of our youth teams were in action over the weekend, but the only team to win were the under 16's who beat AFC Wembley 4-0 in the league cup, Yomi Smith scoring a hat-trick.

FA Cup third qualifying round

The third qualifying round of the FA Cup has thrown up a home draw against Dulwich Hamlet, who are currently 15th in Division One South, for the winners of tomorrow night's replay.
